Properties of a good proposed feature for Always Be Closing:
achievable - it must be possible to implement the feature using the GitHub API and the GitHub webhooks API.
minimal server state - either zero information or a small amount of state information must be stored by the ABC service. For example, if we needed to store detailed information about every commit in your repository that would be discouraged.
few API requests - an ideal feature requires only a single request to the GitHub API.
minimal configuration - ABC services are either enabled or disabled. Having a simple configuration dashboard allow us to implement features quickly. It also reduces the probability of unexpected interactions among features.
useful - a significant number of users will use the feature.
